What Your Character's Been Up To: ...man I don't even know where to start UM. Let's go with since coming back from the island of doom.
- DG went home, and the palace vanished. This did (and continues to!) depress him to a degree, but he's doing his bets optimistic braveface routine to cover.
- Also his friends have been there for him ridiculously. Mayland's been a rock, Maddy's helped with moving and brain angst, he and Cain kinda got bromance-married or something idk, and Stuff Developed with Bagoas, which resulted in teenager levels of derp. And singing.
- And speaking of brain angst, he and Azkadellia have (hopefully) sorted out the guilt feedback loop they had going on for a while there. Moving forward and all that!
- Then he and Az and Cain and Paul had a dinner party, which went about as well as expected during a musical.
- Theeeen September came and I sorta fells off the map, whoops. He did chat with Logan about killin' aliens and go to a party. Threads are ongoing!

Type of CR: As you can see above, Glitch needs to get out more. Friends, associates, people to give him money for tech stuff, people who might actually not like him, give it to me!

Any future plans for them? As usual NOTHING although his third Taxiversary is exactly a week from now. There will be an open post of wandering the city and delivering gifts, but please please pounce him if you like!

Madelyne has a ridiculous soft spot for Glitch. I'm not sure I quite understand it but she likes him something fierce. There needs to be more tea and planetariums and brains and dancing, yes, all of these things.

What Your Character's Been Up To: Erm, despite being relatively new, I'm struggling to recall. I think it's something like:
- Arrived in Taxon! Had requisite arriving-in-Taxon freakout; settled down, claimed penthouse on the edge of town, moped a bit. Sort-of-befriended Remus and Maddy, took up lessons with Long in the written pictographic Chinese language.
- Promptly spent entirety of allowance. Wandered around being hungry, sulking, and getting free meals off other people until coming up with idea of busking in Pedestrian Plaza for "gainful" "employment," which now passes for (part-time, low-paying) job.
- Embarked upon terribly successful social career, highlights of which include making enemy of Jason Blood, making accidental enemy of Tony Stark, calling Bagoas a liar, bitching musically at Azkadellia, and throwing a gravy boat at Spike's head.
- Tracked down both Selina Kyle's ill-gotten gains and Selina Kyle herself after her joyride-of-thieving; failed to have any meaningful impact on Selina's actions, somehow accidentally befriended her cat.
- Grudgingly helped glitched Jason Blood wondering why even bothering with this.
- Grudgingly helping glitched Scott Summers still wondering why even bothering with this.
Type of CR: I have no idea what to put here! Anything, honestly; Sherlock is certainly lonely and certainly wants a friend, though would recoil at either of these phrasings outwardly applied to him. He's picky, though, and willful and skittish, so it's a little harder to make one of him than most, as everyone has probably surmised. I am up for any sort of interaction, but altogether the character arc of Sherlock's growth as a person involves getting over himself and learning how to treat other people better -- so, basically an extension of his progress in the series.
Any future plans for them? I have Vague Future Plans with Dien and Jason! Which is to say, not really -- I mean, the arduous process of making a friend would be a significant plot for him. :P
Other notes: He plays violin in Pedestrian Plaza every other day? He's often seen around Taxon taking samples of things, measuring things, photographing things, and otherwise trying to regain the sort of scientific familiarity with this city that he used to have with London, which assisted so very much with his work. It's not hard to interact with him, or have him decide he wants to interact with you -- he is a creature of many whims and impulses in the name of curiosity, and he's rather got a lot of free time.

What Your Character's Been Up To: Oh gosh. He attended Josef's party with Wyatt and is side-eyeing Things and cultural issues, and a certain pretty princess. Before that he had a break-in from Selina and some snark with Tony and Sherlock. He tried to help a little with Maddy when Scott vanished, but I need to throw him at Scott properly regarding that.
Type of CR: Paul's my longest Taxon character and my token pure!human; in some ways he's become pretty numb to Taxon and isolated, which is something I keep meaning to try and change but it's always tricky to know where to start! The fact that he can be abrasive doesn't really help him ~make friends~ exactly. IIIIIIDK, in short.
Any future plans for them? As mentioned, I need to throw him and Scott together some. *bats lashes at jemi* Paul and Glitch have a Talk upcoming that's been brewing for like a year lawl [ilu keri, love me back]; and, uhm. I guess that's maybe it. So possibly I should try and plan for him.
Other notes: Maybe I should do a big 'the birdhouse is le complete' post (since really it should be by now) and then try and find another project for Paul to work on. HRM.

What Your Character's Been Up To: AIRPLANE! Iron Man, what? Logan, hey, good see... woah! SCOTT IS MISSING! Oh. He's been experimented on. Not cool, hamsters. Not cool.

Type of CR: What kind of CR are you looking for? I am open, though I'm very much of the 'put my characters into weird and awkward situations and watching them freak out' school of RP. So, y'know, I'm open for a lot of different things. I also like learning things about her, which happens from time to time.

Any future plans for them? Maddy has an airplane. There should be more flying with people.

Other notes: Feel free to stop by when she's on the porch swing. She likes company but isn't really sure about visiting other people.

What Your Character's Been Up To: Mick's been stuck in a failboat, that's what.

Heeeee tried talking Scott down from climbing rocks all on his own with no gear or anything. He sang a song, was mortified.

He's currently in on the Scott plot, going to help with his mad medic skillz.

Type of CR: ALL OF IT. I just need moar, but he's definitely my most fadingest muse at the moment. The other two are darned solid.

Any future plans for them? HA! I DO HAVE PLANS! Taxon needs a doctorly type. Mick's a trained army medic/doc. He might not have a Md degree or anything, but he can deal with a range of more or less gruesome stuff like fixing broken bones, sew people up, CPR and so on. In canon, for instance, he ties off one of a guy's major blood vessels with a necklace chain. Mhmmm. Not-so-basic skills, that. So that'll be a work in progress for him, coming out of Scott's character glitch.

What Your Character's Been Up To: GLITCHES and stuff. okay just one glitch but it was epic. He is back to grumpy normal now though, and back to whippin' out the mojo knowledge-- helping Az with her If I Only Could Fix a Brain project and did some advising of Maddy when Scott vanished.

Type of CR: Oh gosh well. Jason hasn't let Etrigan out-out since he got to Taxon, and the longer he goes without doing so the stronger Etrigan gets. Outwardly this manifests as Jason basically being under stress, trying to avoid people more than normal, spending more and more time in his house. So I suppose some CR that forces him to get out is good, or people coming to harass him? He's going to be surlier than usual, unfortunately, so I can't imagine most of this CR being very positive.

Any future plans for them? Eventually Etrigan WILL get out at some point. Gabe and I have been batting around some ideas regarding Sherlock being up in that, but obviously mister-toothy out in the city is a plot that can involve LOTS of people, and probably will involve Remus and Azkadellia for certain since they are Jason's back-up in case of this eventuality.

Glitch has a book on headcasing, I think! Well he did in July 2011, from the palace library, and it's reasonable that the aliens would have left it with him when the palace foomed because they're jerks. So if that'll help at all....hi.

What Your Character's Been Up To: He went shopping! Ummm, there isn't a lot more that he's been doing, other than planning a vampire poker party that I need toget off my ass and actually post.

Any future plans for them? Vampire poker night!

What Your Character's Been Up To: Stealing stuff! Bothering Sherlock! Sparring with Scott! Chatting with Logan! Not so much since then, other than bothering Sherlock some more.

Any future plans for them? Hrmmmm. She needs to get out and mingle. I will put a post up, at some point, of her out in Sanctuary having coffee or something.

Other notes: Selina likes shiny things and her kitty loves different things.

What Your Character's Been Up To: Jackfuckadoo. I did remember to throw him at Josef's party but awfully late; prior to that I think the last thing he did in actual threadage was visit Glitch's brain. In handwave land, he's been teaching Sherlock, Spike, and Azkadellia languages.
Type of CR: I need to get him out and meeting-and-greeting. I need to get him doing SOMETHING because he's the most laid-back muse ever which is great in some ways but bad in others.
Any future plans for them? He'll take note of Gwen's loss and be very sad about that. :( Gwen was his unlikely BFF. Beyond that I have nothing in my head. I want him to get another excuse to dragon out.
Other notes: I now own four copies of the book he's in.

Type of CR: all the CR. My brain has been not in the RP mode, at all. Am still planning on a 2nd character, just need to finish the app!
Any future plans for them? she'll stay at the bar, and I want her to have a glitch. Just need something that hasn't been done before, and better.
Other notes: Brain, fried. Work has been crazy, personal life has been a little tumultuous, and it's taking me a bit to get back on the wagon. Please be patient with me :)

What Your Character's Been Up To: He's been getting to know his surroundings and hating that he has to get to know these surroundings because it's a prison. He's been butting heads with Cyclops, tryin' to get used to Maddie not being crazy demon killer, flirting with Buffy, messing with confused Az, daring Selina to try and rob him again, this and that. And he sang once.
Type of CR: I'm open. Logan's a jack of all trades - one moment he's spitting out blue-collar philosophy, the other he's carving your guts out, the next he's offerin' an invitation to the pants party.
Any future plans for them? Nothing solid yet - I've been very busy lately and haven't had much time to devote.
Other notes: I'm kicking around potential alts, as it seems getting a villain in the mix could really spice things up, but not while I'm a bit heavy on work - maybe in a couple weeks, I'll be freer.

I don't think we've actually for-real RPed-RPed yet, aside from a couple terse text messages. Part of this is I think the perpetual difficulty of getting one difficult, surly character to talk to another difficult, surly character for an extended period of time; why would either of them stay in the conversation if given no good reason to do so?

... at the same time I feel like we should TRY, though, and come up with a reason for it. I can also either see them getting along neutrally or very badly, depending how things go. Though Sherlock would like to indicate his lack of interest in the pants party, if it's all the same to you, Logan.

What Your Character's Been Up To: Since the Month of Doom (Island Plot to everyone else, basically), there has been in kinda-chronological order:
- Reunions!
- Clinging!
- Musicals!
- Baking!
- Gossiping like fourteen-year-old girls!
- Party time!

Type of CR: Cain's on the rise, speaking from a character development point of view. He's in a much, MUCH better state of mind these days for making new friends and acquaintances, so I would love to see him do that. I suspect Halloween to be an excellent opportunity for meeting new people, as he doesn't actually tend to mingle at parties.

Any future plans for them? I would LOVE to do some off-the-wall/out-of-the-box sort of character glitch plot for him. Like, I don't know. Slowly growing into an avatar of the forest, or something. Why WOULDN'T the hamsters take 'Woodsman' for a spin? Get him all leafy and branch-y and mossy (which he SORT OF IS ALREADY in certain aspects, lol Swedish adjectives not translating well) and polished stones-for-eyes.

Other notes: Neal McDonough should wear suits more often. Guh.
