Right. That would be a pretty solid theory, except the entire point of the war was to win possession of the planet so we could populate it. Besides which, we weren't perfect soldiers, just soldiers, and trust me when I say there wasn't any kind of time to load the machines with anything but basic, pre-programmed knowledge with a military upgrade. The biological functions were set to random. So theoretically, I have no more or less chance of being sterile than any natural-born Gallifreyan.

As for my species, I have no idea how we reproduce, but from what little I do know, it's probably not quite like a human.

And that's so 21st-century. There are all kinds of ways in my time of having kids that don't involve wombs. How do you think men have biological kids with other men? Sure, most people have childhoods, but there are plenty of exceptions, not just me. And some other species, I mean-- If you think I'm weird, I should tell you how Adipose reproduce.
