But as far as she can see, neither it nor anything else in the chamber is so much as scorched. She lowers her gun arm, her face tense with disappointment and a little bit of wounded pride. She did not like losing.
"Taxon," she repeats, completely unfamiliar with the word. It sure doesn't look like anything back on Caprica. She glares at the tablet on the floor with something resembling revulsion. A computer that wouldn't die. If it's networked, she doesn't stand a chance. "What is this, some kind of cylon base ship?"
