Eric finds her to be curious. He considers her Godric's pet and since Godric likes her and watches out for her, that means Eric ultimately will watch out for her too. Doesn't mean he particularly likes or dislikes her though. She can be extremely annoying and he definitely needs Godric in the room sometimes or else he'll just get the urge to go all fangy on her.
