Kaylee's favorite quality about NikkiKate is that she doesn't hesitate to help people. Kate isn't like most government workers Kaylee knows. She's got this admirable snarky quality to her as well, which only helps in getting along with her, and she's fun and lacking in a lot of the awkward stiffness that most cops have.
