angel → damon.
Angel thinks Damon is rude, arrogant, delusional and is going to one day get himself killed with that mouth of his. ...at least, this is what Angel takes from his 'lol just a human' routine. If and when he finds out Damon's a fellow vampire (and a younger one, at that), there will be a much different opinion put into place. As it stands, Angel hasn't got a clue as to what Damon really is and thus he's just a foolish human with a really big mouth who needs to learn his place (and some manners).

angel → dawn.
It's improving! Sort of. At least he's not in the 'ohgoditorturedher' stage, anymore. Though, I foresee a relapse to the 'ohgod' place when February and March roll around for the Angelus anniversary. (Has it really almost been a year already? Time fliiiies.) To be completely honest, Angel is not all that interested in improving his relationship or lack thereof with Dawn. At present, there isn't really much of a point to doing so and would only make for unnecessary awkwardness and snark. That's not to say that something may come along to make him care enough to try, but presently that is a no go.

angel → faith.
Complicated. Every kind of complicated ever. Faith holds a very unique place in Angel's CR as being this strange conglomerate of a variety of things ranging from sister figure to that chick he almost slept with years ago to the more common sponsor of her on going redemption arc. He loves her, she's family. Angel doesn't like her relationship with Eric and Godric - well, okay, he doesn't mind Godric. He likes Godric. It's Eric he's iffy on. ...and let's face it, Angel has issues and doesn't shot sharing all too well. So, there's that, too. All in all, Faith has grown a lot in Taxon and as long as she's happy, Angel will just suck it up and deal.

kirk → dawn.
The dreaded younger sibling of the ex-girlfriend! Dun dun-- Nah, this has been remedied already. Kirk had some issues with her when he was dating Buffy due to his liking being the center of attention and Dawn taking away from that, but also because of his own lack of a strong sibling bond with his own brother, Sam. Like Dawn, Kirk is the baby of the family and he was jealous that Dawn had with Buffy what he didn't with Sam. He's got a lot of attachment and abandonment issues being in Taxon made resurface and he projected at Dawn. He's gotten over most of this, though and has warmed up to Dawn a lot.

...who knows where they'll stand after this glitch though, sob.

kirk → faith.
Apparently it's his goal to sleep with all the Slayers? Faith's fun; she's wild and out there and has a mouth like a sailor and that appeals greatly to his inner frat boy. When he needs to just let loose and be that guy who spawned a dozen rumors at the Academy, he knows he can count on her for a tumble or two, or just getting wasted until words are something that are difficult to fathom. He greatly appreciates her friendship and the no strings attached policy when they fall into bed.

stefan → dawn.
So, he doesn't know her yet, but he knows of her from Elena. Right off the bat, he's grateful to her for giving Elena somewhere Damon-less to sleep when she needs to, while quietly making plans to trick her into inviting him into the castle. (Dear Stef: Dawn will see what you're doing there.)

stefan → damon.
Oh. Dear. Jesus. That pretty much sums it up. Seriously, it does. They are the Brothers Salvatore, a matched set since the 1800s. When you get one, you get the other. Stefan both loves Damon and hates him, wants him to die in a fire and can't live without him. He can piss Stefan off to the point where he threatens to stake him, but God have mercy on your soul if you threaten Damon. Stefan will end you; no-one but him is allowed to cause Damon any sort of pain. He can forgive Damon for just about anything. Damon killed his best friend and Stefan forgave him. In many ways, Stefan is still that wide-eyed kid looking up at his older brother like he can do no wrong. He keeps Damon on a short leash while also enabling his less than upstanding behavior. He's his brother's keeper and his eternal enabler, always cleaning up after him no matter what the mess. It can be a body that needs to be buried or an accidental baby vampire that Damon would rather stake than be a proper sire to. Stefan's there, digging that hole and playing adoptive sire to Damon's childe. No matter what, Stefan's got his back. He may not be happy about it a good portion of the time, but this is how their unique, unhealthy in all the ways one can imagine relationship works.

I honestly don't know what Stefan would do with himself if he lost Damon. He forced Damon to turn, for cheese's sake. "What I did was selfish. I didn't want to be alone. I guess I just needed my brother." It's a work in progress in Taxon. They are still so far from being what they once were, but growing ever closer to it. In an odd twist, this human act of theirs is forcing them to act the parts they once played without the need for an audience.

The brothers are special and need all the therapy ever.
